I’m doomed.

I’ve been on letrozole for 5 months. TTC for two years. Good HSG. DH has good seamen analysis. I have PCOS. Last two cycles were HCG trigger and on 7.5 mg letrozole.

This past cycle, mid ultra sound showed four 18mm-27mm follicles on right and 15mm on left. Triggered on CD 11 (Nov 12). Went for progesterone testing 7 days past trigger and 14 days past trigger and the results were .8 and .05. No egg release.

My doc saw me today to tell me I may need to get genetically tested for Lh responder... brain not telling ovaries to release and trigger not working on me. WELL let’s talk about hurdle #2 on same day, he does ultrasound today 17 DAYS PAST TRIGGER. And he is perplexed again.... I have 29mm follicle in left side and 28mm follicle on right along with several others and he doesn’t think they are post ovulatory cysts. So what are they? My lining is 9mm. Today would be CD 28 - but there’s no way I’d likely start a period today....

Were those cysts that they magically accidentally triggered (because of course they didn’t do baseline ultra last cycle)???

Nothing has ruptured. Could there be eggs in there or did an egg release way late and now what?

Or maybe I face the music and I’m some x-men mutant that needs to be tested for no Lh brain responder and I’m doomed.

Today was one of the worst of my life. I’m scared I’ll never have children.

I can bet this has not happened to anyone.
