Ovulation spotting
I am on day 13 of my cycle. I started spotting yesterday. I’m assuming this is ovulation spotting? I’m supposed to ovulate on 12/3 (according to Glow & Ava bracelet), but I’m wondering if the spotting means I ovulated early? Does mid-cycle spotting with light cramping mean I’m about to ovulate or I already ovulated? Internet is giving me conflicting info. TIA
