How long...?

Hey y’all!

So my husband and I try to get pregnant for about two years, then we had to take this last year off because I had surgery that required me not to be able to get pregnant for a year to make sure everything went well.

So I got an IUD in place December of 2018. I just had it removed on November 12 and I have yet to have a cycle start.

I do have PCOS but I am wondering how long it has taken you to start a cycle after having a hormonal IUD removed?

My doctor is not available right now and she basically told me to wait three months but that seems too long.
