Period cups. Have you tried one and did it work for you?

I LOVE my period cup!!!! I have a hard time using tampons due to heavy periods and even leaking through super tampons. My cup is flexible and inserts easily. I can go for many more hours without having to empty it and I can do so much more than with a pad or tampon. I love to swim and hike so I’m pretty confident taking my cup with me and only that for a day of fun! Also, it’s safe, eco friendly (we aren’t filling landfills with soiled pads and tampons) and much cheaper in the long run. My cup is washable and reusable. It’s easy to throw in my purse and keep concealed. If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend it!!

I love my menstrual cup, but it can be a bit of a chore sometimes- to take in and out and wash.

I really liked the cup - if you try it just make sure you use the right size. Mine came with a regular and then a small one for light periods. The small one tended to leak but the regular one never did and was so comfortable. I was able to run and do vigorous workouts with it in just fine (at first I was scared it would fall out or something).

I’ve tried numerous brands and I’ve hated every single one of them. I even had my OBGYN place it inside and I hated it. It was painful and uncomfortable. 
Pads and tampons for me.
