Announcement ideas for second baby?

Hi all! My first born is 8.5months and I'm thinking of announcing maybe mid December? (Currently almost 11 weeks!) 
My husband probably wont be part of the announcement. 
I'd love any ideas that involve my baby girl :)

I posted this with a picture of my firstborn. We waited for what seemed like forever and announced on Easter so I was about 4 months. I have no clue what we will do for this 3rd one 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m doing our announcement this coming weekend after my appointment. If he cooperates I plan to sit my son in front of the christmas tree with the stand up chalk easel I have it will say something along the lines of “Santa promoted me to big brother” and I also got a brother Christmas ornament to put on the tree! He’s two so we will see if this plays out as planned 🤣congratulations!
