I had bloody show thanksgiving morning and started to have contractions that evening. Woke up at 2:30am to contractions between 4-7min but also some bleeding so they told me to come to the hospital.

I was almost 4cm but wasn’t in true labor and my contractions decreased in time and intensity so was sent home (an ultrasound ruled out any complications causing the bleeding)

Now it’s been almost 48 hours of sporadic contractions and I’m SO frustrated. Midwife thought I’d go into labor within a day or two but feels like I’m moving backwards. Any tips or things to try to get this show on the road? So tired of contractions with nothing to show for it 😢
