Feeling a little down

Hey everyone, so after a long time of trying my SO & I found out that we were pregnant. It’s been hard since I only have one ovary, but we finally got that positive test we’re all waiting for. We weren’t sure how far along we were, we went by last menstrual & that gave us 9 weeks, but then at our appointment, they didn’t see anything in the sac so we were all just hoping that it was too early. But then today, after a trip to the hospital, they told us that the sac is about 6 weeks & 1 day old, & there’s no baby in it. I’m completely devastated & heart broken. & right now I just feel so alone.
