Please tell me this is good!!

I’ve been trying for months to get pregnant but my periods are irregular so I never know when I’m ovulating. This is the first time I’ve taken an ovulation test so bare with me as I don’t know what this result means and I threw the instructions away 🤦🏽‍♀️ I just want a baby 😔
