What is my cycle doing??

So my period has been known to be irregular, but the past four months it has been regular so I’m not sure what to think. I’m 7 days late today, my cervix feels hard and closer than normal to the vaginal opening if that makes sense, and I have white sort of clumpy CM (not enough to suspect a yeast infection though).

I have been having unprotected sex but he’s been pulling out but I also know that’s not the best choice for contraception either so when I was about 5 days late for my period I took a pregnancy test and it was a big fat negative.

Could this just be stress or too much turkey lol??
