Is this normal testing from Fertility specialist?

Is this a normal or average blood work testing from a fertility clinic? And is there something on here that will be very important to my infertility problem?
Results expected to be here today. I did on cycle day 21.

Yep!  You'll wanna do FSH and estradiol on cycle day 3 unless you've already done that.   Then i did T4, free but other than that--I think I did all the rest.  Good luck!!!  Post results if you feel inclined!💗

FSH and LH should be tested as well as anything to do with cholesterol & thyroid. (And the usuals like estrogen, testosterone, etc that are already ticked on the sheet). Also how long is your cycle? If you don’t have a bang-on 28 day, the day 21 test won’t mean anything. Say you have a 32 day cycle and ovulate on CD 18, you want the “day 21” test on CD25. It’s supposed to be done 7 days after your ovulation date. So talk with them first about it. And you can ask for HCG to be added to the second test of your cycle, just be aware it may not be there yet if you are/are going to get pregnant that cycle! Also get a day 3 to compare it to. My doctor also did TPO antibody for the thyroid and mine were found to be high indicating hashimotos disease. I was put on synthroid since it can cause miscarriages. She said it’s standard blood work!
