Morning sickness all day FTM

Hi, I am 8 weeks 5 days today. I have had all-day morning sickness since 6 weeks. It’s awful. I can barely move around, work is almost impossible, I’m throwing up multiple times a day and cannot keep water down. I don’t know why to do. I don’t want to be on medication because it could potentially hurt the baby. But I don’t know how much longer I can do this. I feel like I have tried everything. 😢😢😢
