Sick or just teething?

So my daughter last Wednesday was not eating. My MIL was watching her and it concerned me so we took her to urgent care. She just had a stuffy nose that was draining down her throat so the PA said that’s probably why. I’ve been religious with suctioning her nose and she wasn’t acting sick to begin with.

I changed the nipple size of her bottles to the next size up and that’s helped with her eating better but she’s SO FUSSY!

No fever or other signs of her being sick. She’s way better than last Wednesday when it comes to being stuffy. I have a humidifier in her room.

I think she may be teething. My question is though, when teething can they have more dirty diapers? They’re not diarrhea but she’s having more than normal. I don’t know if it’s a waste of time to bring her in or just watch it. She’s eating again, sleeping a bit better at night. Just fussy and pooping a lot. 😂 anyone with teething experience??
