Embarrassed to post this 🙈 but is anyone else leaking urine?

Im about to turn 27 weeks and have noticed I’ve started leaking urine 🙈 I’ve had to start wearing panty liners. Sometimes I can feel it happening like when I sneeze etc but then sometimes I go to the toilet and just notice it in my underwear 😓 please tell me I’m not the only one 🙈

YES! Don’t be embarrassed, it happens to us all, even if we don’t admit it! I went into L&D because I was leaking and it turned out to be urine 😂😅

Nope. Your not alone. I literally have a cold with a horrible cough im 26+4 and i started laughing at something my husband said today and i started coughing from laughing and i peed my pants. Happens to the best of us.

I’m 27weeks pregnant. I was sitting on the floor and when I got up, I peed on myself 😭 I already had a very weak bladder prior to pregnancy. I have to wear pads lol

It’s very common! Here in Australia we are lucky enough to have free access to physiotherapists who teach you exercises to help manage this. They’ve also been super helpful for my rotated pelvis that causes awful pain. We also have access to them after birth as well for any other issues that may arise afterwards. 
Maybe consider looking into seeing one if you’re worried about it. Pelvic floor exercises are a great idea to help strengthen those muscles and prevent leaking. Good luck Mumma! xox

I coughed in the parking lot at Target and peed all over myself.  I then burst into tears and went home.

All the time. I usually start wearing my husband's sweats and he knows Everytime because I chance so much during the day and he just goggles and hugs me then starts laundry. He bought me some panty liners and it does help.
