B6 and Unisom ??

So I’ve read a lot of you ladies are taking the 2 to help with nausea, can any of you lovely ladies fill me on on what brand or dosage ? I’m in desperate need to find relief for this nausea ☹️ it’s constant and with a 18 month old at home with me , there’s no time to just rest.

Definitely call your OB 💓 my doctor suggested just vitamin B6 but even just the B6 worked wonders. I had it so bad my third pregnancy and with two toddlers I was miserable. Good luck

This is what my midwife gave me for dosage. I do the max and have been on the max for several straight weeks. And I added zofran week 9. 
For mild nausea without vomiting, Vitamin B6 25mg by mouth 3 times a day.
For moderate nausea with mild vomiting (≤ 2 times a day) or if no relief from Vitamin B6 alone, ADD Unisom 12.5mg (1/2 tablet) by mouth at bedtime and continue Vitamin B6 25mg by mouth 3 times a day.
If no relief after 4-5 days, try Unisom 25mg by mouth at bedtime and 12.5mg (1/2 tablet) in the morning and in the midafternoon PLUS Vitamin B6 25mg three times a day. May also increase Vitamin B6 to 50mg at bedtime with 25mg in morning and midafternoon if needed.
