Winter Weekend Getaway with Infant

My husband and I will have some cross over on our leave so there are 2 weekends in February we could do an extended weekend getaway. I'm not sure where to go because:

1. We live in the NYC area - it will be cold, weather could be terrible or could be fine.

2. Baby will be around 14 weeks.

I don't want to just go somewhere and sit inside - we can do that at home. But with a little one, we really can't be doing outdoor activities.

I'm not opposed to flying as long as it's a short flight (e.g. 2 hours). We're ok with driving, but probably not looking to do more than about 4 hours or so.

Any ideas??
