Am I pregnant?

This would be my second pregnancy and I felt like I was pregnant Nausea and eating a lotand I was late about 3 days and I never been late before. So I took like 6 pregnant test they all had faint lines. So I was sure I was pregnant but then I started to bleed and I started to see blood clots. So I thought I was spotting but the blood starting getting heavier so I thought I just got my period. But I started getting very bad stomach and back pain I couldn’t take the pain so I decided to go to the hospital and they said blood test came back negative that I wasn’t pregnant. I was just wondering if anyone thinks I could still be pregnant?
