What to do?

Hello ladies. I seriously don’t know what to do. My 8 month old daughter has a lung infection and Asthma. I took her to the doctor today because since 2 am last night she has been up because she couldn’t breathe. She can’t drink her bottle right because she can’t breathe. I put the humidifier for her and gave her cough medicine. She was having a fever of 102.3. So turns out that if I wouldn’t have taken her she could of gotten pneumonia. I asked if she could of gotten that from her going out in the cold because my fiancé was bitching that she got “ sick “ from being outside. The doctor said no that it is an airborne bacteria/infection. So I started thinking.... last year around December my upstairs neighbor’s water heater broke and all the water flooded my apartment. It came in through the wall in the laundry room. When it rains water seeps in through that wall. My apartment is smells and feels damp all the time. When we go out the diaper bag and our clothes smells damp. My dad came over and said there’s mold in that wall. My daughter has had a rash on and off on her face and neck. All those symptoms my daughter has. I told the leasing office 3 different times about it. They haven’t even sent anyone out to check. They charge us 1,300 a month. Which is bullshit because they don’t even keep up with the maintenance. Also the next door neighbors smoke cigarettes all the time. The smell comes into my apartment not just a little bit, my whole entire apartment smells and my daughter starts couching from it. I told the leasing office about that too they haven’t done shit. We are gonna go tomorrow and tell them everything about this and my daughters health condition. I could even get a written and signed letter from her doctor. If they don’t want to switch us units without charging us 1,600 a month, would it be grounds for us to break the lease and not pay 3,000. It is inhabitable living conditions.

Pictures of my daughters rash that keeps coming and going. Her doctor said it was a fungal Infection. That I think is being caused by the MOLD in the apartment!!!! I’m so pissed off because it’s putting my daughter’s health at risk. She’s a baby it’s not her fault. I’m literally balling my eyes out because I feel like I can’t do anything to make it better for her and help her get better. All the medication the doctor has given her is only helping for so long before she gets sick again from being here.
