Any one else's baby constantly hungry? Leap 4 anyone?

This past 3 days my 3.5 month old has just constantly been hungry. It's like he is cluster feeding, but all day. He used to eat 4 oz every 3 hours but now wants to eat every 1.5-2 hours. It's not like he is eating more either. He just wants an ounce or two at a time. He's been a lot more fussy lately too so maybe that has something to do with it? Ive tried my best to get him to take more at a time and stop "snacking" as much but no matter what, he won't take more. It's like he just wants to snack, which is fine. Just curious if anyone else's baby is doing this too?

We are in leap 4 too and it's been awful. He's constantly moody. Laughing and having fun one moment and then crying upset in literally a second without any warning. It's also affecting his sleep. He is so restless and can't ever settle. Also super super clingy.
