Anyone else okay with baby staying in?

Question

I’m not scared for labor or anything and don’t get me wrong, I definitely can’t wait to hold my little. But....
I’m totally okay with her staying in right now 🤷🏼‍♀️ I haven’t had the feeling of “okay hurry up and let’s do this!” yet. Maybe it’s still coming though, I’m only 37 +3 weeks. 
Maybe because I know this is my last time I just want to enjoy it as long as possible?
Or Maybe it’s because I want her to stay in until my induction date (scheduled at 39+4 weeks) because then I won’t have to worry if my family (or myself for that matter) will make it in time to the hospital...
Regardless, I feel like I may be the only one not feeling rushed to have their baby 😂

I was all happy for him to come early but now my toddlers sick so I want to keep him in until he’s better lol!! I don’t think I could deal with a newborn and a sick toddler!

I’m not rushed or anything, my kid just can’t make up her mind if the contractions I keep getting are going to be for real. 😂 I never had false labor with my other two so this on/off again is mentally taxing. 
39 weeks today. Just trying to stay occupied now. 👍🏻

Im literally so fine the baby staying in 😂 first time mum and i cant even imagine us having an actual baby here, i haven't been scared about labour the whole time but now i think when will it happen and how painful is it really going to be

I felt the exact same way, I loved  being pregnant and everything about being pregnant and was in no way going to try and make baby come earlier ... it was only when I was told I had to be induced, I then had to try and get things going before then, it was such a bitter sweet end to an amazing pregnancy but my baby is here safe and sound and for that I am  very grateful xx

I have mixed feelings. Most of the time I want the baby to stay as long as possible, because i know that it is the last few days of my older son as my exclusive baby and I just want to cherish those moments, before he becomes a big brother. But other times, I feel heavy and in pain and so confused about how I will manage with two kids and afraid of something going wrong in the pregnancy or birth. Then, I want to give birth right now and move on! Haha.

I was fine with him staying in until Glow told me that next week he’ll be as big as a pumpkin!

Lol! But all jokes aside , I’ll also be past my due date next week and faced with an impending repeat c-section if he doesn’t come on his own. So I’m getting a little antsy for things to move along, mostly out of wanting to avoid another c-section. I’m going through my 4th day of false labor so fingers crossed!
