I feel stuck and totally frustrated. I have posted on here before about our insurance with Tricare and how they took us off because my husband was apparently without our acknowledgment “discharged” in May of this year, which was when he recommissioned into the guard as an LT. Well, we’re moving because of his civilian job to another state. That state said they added him back into the system so he could be a part of their unit, but DEERS is saying otherwise. So I haven’t been to the doctor in TWO MONTHS because the army has screwed us over for no reason and took us off Tricare (which we paid for on time every time)

The company he just started working for offers their insurance but I looked up OBGYNs in the state and no one accepts that insurance. I have no idea what to do. I have been in tears many times because living without health insurance is scary 1. When you’re pregnant and 2. When you can afford insurance and SHOULD qualify but the government/army won’t get their act together.

I’m tired, I want to go to the doctor to check on my baby and I’m terrified that something will happen before we figure this out and we’ll have a $10,000 bill from the hospital....
