Scam callers?

I keep having random numbers call with me, some with my area code and others without. My phone does say scam or scam likely when it’s a scam but these other numbers it doesn’t say that. They also don’t leave messages. I looked up two number last night and one came up with some guys name and a bunch of other phone numbers he has had. I’m getting these calls everyday all day and it’s really getting annoying. I also did try calling the numbers and one had some kind of computer message in Spanish (not sure what it said) while it said the other wasn’t no longer in service. Any idea as to what this could be?
