Do you change nappies when you dreamfeed or feed throughout night?

I put no, but in occasion I will change my daughter if her diaper is poopy or if it's really wet. Otherwise it's feed and back to bed.

I change about two times a night couldn’t think of anything worse than leaving my baby with a wet nappy

My babe is still feeding twice during the night. I will usually change his diaper at one or the other, but not both.
(I would 100% if he pooped but he hasn't been overnight lately)
