What helps nose burn from tissues during cold?

I have sniffles unfortunately and I’ve been blowing my nose with tissues all day and I’m starting to get that burning sensation on my nose from the tissues. Is there anything I can do to prevent it from getting worse and stop the burning

Coconut oil is great. Otherwise petroleum jelly is good

Coconut oil is comedogenic so it clogs pores. I would avoid it if you dont know how it interacts on your face. If you choose to use chapstick, try to use one that's unused. Your nose is probably abraded and you dont want to get any infections on the skin
