Leap 4 mixed with early sleep regression I think.
My LO used to wake once in the night for a feed, we now see every 2 hours and she's not hungry everytime, she's just awake chatting or crying, sometimes I feed her because I go into auto pilot being so tired 😭
There's light at the end of the tunnel right? This will pass? 😴😴
