Ideas?

Okay so I’ve always struggled with my weight. I’m currently hitting about 160. I’m 5’2 and I hate my body and the way my thighs look in jeans and how I have a muffin top even when my jeans are too big.

I’m not sure what to do or how to start. I just get so hungry during my period that I gain it all back. I don’t have access to gyms. We have this bike thing and weights but I’m also working on school and cleaning at the same time as looking after my SIX adorable fur babies. Need some advice please.
