Any suggestions?
I was wondering what exercises were good to do while on your period? I want to get a head start on loosing some weight and getting some more muscle before summer. Plus, x-mas is coming up soon and I always feel subconscious about my body when I see family. (my cousins are always so skinny bruh) So if anyone has any suggestions, could ya’ leave em’ down below? Thanks!
