Has anyone had a newborn have a tiny little red dots on their face? It kind of looks like a rash or a breakout

My couple of days old baby has little red dots that looks like a breakout. On his right side of his face it looks more then the left. He has on his eyelids, cheeks, and bit on the nose. Same on the other side, except it’s more in the right. I’ve kissed him but i’am his mother. I’am 100% clean and his father too. Both of us are tested. Besides us the only people who kissed him is grandmothers. Only on the forehead. They do not have herpes or anything like that 100% sure. Not saying that’s what it is God forbid. But i’am wondering why does he have these little red dots that look like a breakout and one has something white on it. Only one and it’s rarely noticeable. It looks. It’s noting crazy looking but it’s something I keep in looking when I look at his face. I’am worried what it could be.
