Spot of blood?? Help!!!!!!

So I’m almost 7 weeks and today when I wiped there was a small streak like literally no bigger than a seed and it was super light pink. I’m so paranoid now that something is wrong. I haven’t had cramping or anything since. But what can cause that? I’m so scared! My first ultrasound is Wednesday

I spotted for a week at 11 weeks and everything was fine. Doctors told me it’s actually really common. Now 15 weeks and latest scan showed a very active perfectly sized baby

I had very light bleeding on and off from 5 to 8 weeks and am currently 34 weeks with a healthy boy. I would try not to stress about it unless it gets heavy it you start cramping.
