Back labor
I am having what I believe are contractions in my lower back about every 6 minutes. I do not feel anything in my belly. Could this be back labor?
I am 37+1 and dilated to a 4 as of Wednesday at my appointment.
Any guidance is appreciated. I do not want to go to the hospital just to be sent home.
