Experienced Mom’s advice needed :)

This is my first pregnancy and I’m currently almost 9 weeks. I had a pretty bad morning sickness starting week 6 and it got to the point where I couldn’t eat anything or even get out of bed because I felt like I could throw up. I threw up twice but I wasn’t eating so I asked my doctor to give me pills so I can eat. I was scared to not be able to eat and my baby wouldn’t develop properly. I could’ve tough it out but I really needed nourishment. So now that I’m able to eat a bit normal I’m confused. I still have food aversions and such but at least I can eat! I’m not sure what to eat! Is there an app or something for preggo ladies I can use to track my eating and some recipes ideas?? I also can’t seem to drink water I can barely get a bottle of water in. Ugh help me I’m so lost.
