I’m frustrated

My boyfriend seems to want to have sex when he wants to have sex. So we have sex but there’s times when I come home from work and I’m very turned on. So I give him a few signs I hop in the shower when I come out I try to initiate sex but he automatically shuts me down. So I speak to him and asked him can we have sex or you can at least go down on me and he tells me no and this is why I get frustrated whenever he wants me to give him a blowjob I give a blowjob I don’t complain there’s times I don’t really feel like it I still do it because I know what he goes through we’re human beings but when I ask for sex or just oral he shuts me down and I ask why and he says he’s too tired OK I understand but sometimes I’m tired I still do it that’s not my excuse though I can easily say no but he should at least try to make time ince in a while. sometimes he teases me and this frustrates me too I told him not to tease me if it’s not going to lead to sex because I can get horny sometimes and he agrees but continues to do it anyways.
