Milk drying up

How long does it take for your milk to dry up? I’ve been breastfeeding for two months I want to go to 6 at least but it’s so time consuming and hard I haven’t been pumping and she barely latches anymore. She has formula too. She barely had any fresh from me for 2-3 days and they don’t feel like they are filling up at all. (I have some bags frozen) so I just gave her those. my supply was never that much anyway bc I just can’t seem to pump every 2 hours it’s to much and I started back working yesterday
