Okay so I was diagnosed like 4ish months ago now and I take medication everyday for it just to ease my worry. But I feel like I’m constantly afraid that I have an outbreak or that I’m about to get one. Like I know it’s normal to have some itching when you shave etc and I would have discomfort down there sometimes before I even had HSV1 so I know that there’s no way I’m constantly getting an outbreak but idk does anyone else experience paranoia around it ?
