Looking for new prenatales ASAP

I think I’ve discovered what’s making me sick. I take my prenatales at night and I had no clue Thats what was making be sick and throw up. Yes I get morning sickness but I’ve noticed it’s especially bad after I take them. Please any suggestions for some that won’t make me sick? I’m 6 weeks and my first appointment is a few weeks away even then the ones my OB recommend when I was TTC made me sick. Please help I don’t want to stop talking them because I know my little baby needs them. No one but my husband knows I’m pregnant so you girls are the only people I can ask
