Should I take a test?
I have PCOS and just took my first upped dosage of femara this month. I’m on cycle day 38, had a little bit of spotting yesterday, been moody, sore breasts and nipples, and my back was aching so bad yesterday. My temp is usually up and down but hasn’t been this high consistently. Usually would have gone back down to 97 something at some point.
