Teething help

My LO is cutting a top tooth and I remember those being the worst (besides the back molars) with my daughter. Anyways going to sleep has become a nightmare. He wakes up hourly and is impossible to get down. Even with gas drops and Tylenol and teething tablets. Yesterday he spit up eveytime I breastfed him. He’s been very burpy. I give gas drops thinking that will help. I just don’t know if this is teething related. Or anything that will help him sleep. I just don’t know why he’s so unsettled. He was sleeping okay before this tooth. Or is there another regression around 7 months?
