Massive cold and due in one week

Guys I'm due on the 16th and I have the absolute worst cold ever 😭 on top of normal crappy pregnancy pains, I can't get this under control. Best pregnancy safe meds for a running nose with a fever? I legit don't think I've ever been this miserable in my entire life.
