Has anyone found out they were pregnant at their post laparoscopy appointment ?

I think I may be pregnant . But not sure if I’m over thinking . I think I had implantation cramping as well as the bleeding . I’m nauseous as ever now and my boobs hurt . I’m extremely tired at work and can’t stand my desk now . Idk it could be symptoms from the laparoscopy but I feel like something is off . My ovulation day was 3 days before the surgery and on the 3rd day after surgery . 6 dpo I had cramping and bleeding on and off . Only when I wiped and now my heating pad is my best friend oh and pretzels !!!
