Finding motivation to workout
Before I got pregnant I was 174 then when I got pregnant with twins I was 210, then after pregnancy I was 189 but now 7 months later I’m at 220lbs. I want to lose weight but somehow lost all motivation to workout and eat healthy. Every-time I look at myself I hate the way that I look but can’t seem to just get up, workout, and put the chips down. Does anyone have any tips on how to find time and motivation to workout with infants
