HELP!!

So I went for an ultrasound today, & going by my last period (they’re irregular and usually like almost 2 weeks late) i would be 7w6d. Well, the lady did an abdominal & transvaginal US and she couldn’t find a yolk sac. She said my gestational sac is measuring 5w6d and it’s small. I had a miscarriage last November in 2018 & i’m a nervous wreck. She said I may just be earlier than what i’m measuring and I sure hope that’s the case. My last period was Oct 16-21. We BD like twice the first few days after my period, and then a few more times closer to around November 16ish. (before and after, i don’t remember exactly) If that’s the case, that’s only about 4 weeks ago. I just need some prayers please 😭🥺
