Help! Am I crazy?!

So I am 7dpo today. My husband and I are trying for our rainbow baby after we lost our first to an ectopic in July. We just started at Thanksgiving after seeing our new nephew and falling deep in love with him! So we BD eith every day or every other day during ovulation. The past few days I have been very hot randomly (no fever), nauseous randomly and sorta emotional. Well today I woke up wanting to set up our nursery room. So I called my bff and asked her when she could come help me and telling her how I was feeling and what I wanted to do. Well the day goes by and I keep getting so hot randomly I want to stand outside (it is 38 degrees) and I think it feels good. I also ate sausage patties for dinner (not a fan of sausage) and now I feel sickish. I have also taken my temp to see if I am just getting sick and not realizing it... its 98.1... no fever. I feel like I am going crazy.
