Weird Bump

I tested positive for low grade HPV, which is why I'm anxious. Theres a bump on my labia that isn't an open sore and it doesn't hurt. They only time it feels like it aches is if I move the pubic hair around it. Could this just be an infected follicle? I'm just trying to remain calm and vibe.
