Subchorionic Hemorrhage (currently 9w4d)

I just got my results from my 8week ultrasound and it says that I have a “subchorionic hemorrhage measuring 22x8mm along the left anterior aspect of the gestational sac”. Has anyone else had this? I Googled it (which I know I shouldn’t have) but it says that it increases my risk of miscarriage and pregnancy complications 😳 I am terrified now and I don’t see my OB until Monday and I’m freaking out. I had a little dark brown spotting the day before my ultrasound but that went away after a couple hours and I’ve had nothing since. My OB wasn’t concerned about the spotting but that was before the ultrasound results.
