Wrong test hcg test ordered wrong

So today I went for HCG quality blood test to see if my hCG levels were doubling. I get to the lab delays drawing my blood and I said oh so they’re making sure I’m doubling right she said no this is the hCG beta test I said what does that mean and she said it’s just a yes or no test. I was like oh that doesn’t make sense what do you mean yes noticed and she said it’s just to see if you’re pregnant. And I’m like I just went to the ER two days ago and my hCG levels were 2900 and something we know I’m pregnant why would they do this she’s like I don’t know this is just making sure and I’m like my levels were never dropped that much into days for it to say not pregnant. So I call my doctors office they kept saying it was the right test I said we know I’m pregnant we’re just trying to figure out if I miss caring or not so I need to know about my hCG levels finally they said they accidentally sent the wrong test information so I had to turn back around and do another test.So ladies make sure you do your research and know what you’re getting tested for it don’t let them just poke you
