Help opinion needed

Been taking letrozole a high dose . I did a folical study today and i have 5 at 17, 18, 19,20 on the right side a little one at 16. For me having more then one wow. Anyway i am supposed to take a trigger shot on Saturday. They warned me several times that it could cause me to have multiple babies. I am torn do with the letrozole there is a 14% chance and with the triger shot that goes up alot. I WOULD BE BLESSED WITH ONE SWEET healthy BABY. What should i do?
