Rambling a bit

Hi, I got married in September!! Got pregnant while on the mini pill sometime within the first 2 weeks of marriage, and while it was a surprise we were really excited. Then I miscarried at 7 weeks, just before Halloween. I had a chemical last month as well. I've just ovulated (3 dpo today) and am hoping this is it! I had a crazy vivid dream that I was pregnant with twins a couple nights ago, and haven't stopped thinking about it.
