How long should period cramps last??
Hello... I have been cramping for almost a week and my flow isn't as heavy as it should be.. I'm also experiencing some back pain as well. They both hurt pretty bad and its making me very irritable. My period also started off with spotting which is not normal for me either. Does anyone have any advice on what this could be?
