Too young for this

I’m 19 and have miscarried 3 times. I haven’t been able to carry a single successful pregnancy. I’m heart broken. It’s not like I can try again. My partner doesn’t want to. I feel like there’s something wrong with my body. How is it possible that none of my pregnancies have been viable
