Conch Piercing aftercare💕⚠

So I got my conch pierced 2 weeks ago..The pierced gave me paper with everything about aftercare and healing process written on it..And it said that I can use "BNT" to clean it.(see pictures).So I'm currently using that but I see a lot of people using "saltwater" ..Is that better...?Plus I have hit the piercing many times while getting ready..is that harmful to the piercing while it's healing?..
