Is it wrong to not get rid of my facial hair?

I have facial hair on my double chin, it's not thick hair but it's dark because I'm a dark haired person. I've removed it with epilator once and it worked but it came back darker and I also got rash and ingrown hairs so I don't want that pain anymore.

I do occasionally bleach it.

So my question is are people going to see it see me as a dirty or a manly girl? What were you going to think if you see a girl with hair on her face?

Btw I don't have mustache.
